Scamware infected.

Hello, I have been scammed by malware and scamware Anti-Virus programs. I downloaded and paid for "Antivirus 2008" thinking this was a genuine Anti-Virus program and also ErrorDigger. My friend has now helped me remove this following the steps on this forum. I have been through the full cleaning procedure but not sure if I am fully clean or if ErrorDigger has gone.

I have also noticed some suspicious files in my My Received Files folder pictures of The Libertines band with protected system files warnings if I try and delete them. I have attached the logs. Also do I need to run the scans in Safe Mode?

 

There are also the MGTools Log files as the first post was a maximum of 3 attachments.
