    Welcome to Major Geeks!

You missed a few things in the cleaning procedure.
    1. Malwarebytes! We need this log.
    2. Related to scanning with MGtools. You did not disable UAC and reboot first before scanning. Thus it did not scan properly. You need to disable UAC now and then reboot. Then after reboot, disable McAfee and then do the below.
Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista or Win7, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

    Then attach the below logs:
    • the log from Malwarebytes
    • C:\MGlogs.zip
Also it would be helpful to know what malware problems you are having.

i tried to run C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat as an administrators (my account is admin) but the file config.nt give me error as there is no privilege to do so also i disabled real time scan for McAfee and i run is safe mode all the file that must be scanned from cmd are running and cannot be scanned plus the error of config.nt
and i attached the log for mb and right now i am scanning a full scan for drive c with mb and i will send it tomorrow if you need it.

note : i closed the uc

    thank u for support

You need to give us exact word for word error messages. Do no rewrite in your own words or partially describe. Exact details are essential for us.

Please click Start, All Program, Accessories and you will see ( among other things ) a Command Prompt entry.
    • Right click the Command Prompt entry and select Run As Administrator.
      • It is critical that you run it this way.
    • If you do this properly, a command prompt window will open with a title of Administrator Command Prompt.
    • Enter the below commands at the command prompt each followed by the enter key. The bold black are commands. The purple/brown is merely informational.
cd \MGtools <-- this changes to the MGtools folder and the prompt should change to C:\MGtools>
SN64 <-- this will try to run all one scan from MGtools. Tell me what error messages, if any, you see.
nwktst <-- this will try to run all one scan from MGtools. Tell me what error messages, if any, you see.
GRK64 <-- this will try to run all one scan from MGtools. Tell me what error messages, if any, you see.
getnetinf<-- this will try to run all one scan from MGtools. Tell me what error messages, if any, you see.
Now look for the C:\MGlogs.zip file and attach it no matter what happened while doing the above.

Also please do the below too no matter what happens with the above.

Please do the below so that we can boot to System Recovery Options to run a scan.

For 32-bit (x86) systems download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to a flash drive.
For 64-bit (x64) systems download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool x64 and save it to a flash drive.

Plug the flashdrive into the infected PC.

Enter System Recovery Options from the Advanced Boot Options:
    • Restart the computer.
    • As soon as the BIOS is loaded begin tapping the F8 key until Advanced Boot Options appears.
    • Use the arrow keys to select the Repair your computer menu item.
    • Select US as the keyboard language settings, and then click Next.
    • Select the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next.
    • Select your user account an click Next.

On the System Recovery Options menu you will get the following options:
    • Select Command Prompt
    • In the command window type in notepad and press Enter.
    • The notepad opens. Under File menu select Open.
    • Select "Computer" and find your flash drive letter and close the notepad.
    • In the command window type e:\frst.exe (for x64 bit version type e:\frst64) and press Enter
Note: Replace letter e with the drive letter of your flash drive.
    • The tool will start to run.
    • When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
    • Press Scan button.
    • It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the flash drive. Please attach this file to your next reply. (See: How to attach)

I'm not seeing any malware in any of your logs. Are you actually having malware problems? If so, what?

You do need to do the below though.

Uninstall the below old versions of software:
    Java(TM) 6 Update 19
    Java(TM) 6 Update 3

Now install the current version of Sun Java from: Sun Java Runtime Environment
