   I keep getting the "Inproper Shutdown" notice each time I start windows ME, not only was there not an inproper shutdown, but it runs the "Through" version each time, which takes a long time. I now click "cancel" and proceed with no ill effects. How can I determine what's bugging startup? In the past, when there was an "inproper shutdown", ScanDisk ran the Standard version, why the Through (long) now every bootup?
