You might try this link, http://www.scanner-drivers.com/drivers/80/80991.htm, but it is for Windows 2K. It was the lastest/last driver released for this scanner that I could find! Hope this helps.

Also, you may need to read this especially the comments: http://www.tweakxp.com/article37192.aspx

From what I've seen, main post is the standard fix for XP but the compatability mode option mentioned in the comments has also worked for some.
