Scanning logs. Further help needed

    Ok, so I ****ed up. I admit it. After an honest attempt to follow the written instructions verbatim, I reviewed and realized the several mistakes I made. Rather than destroying it further by trying to fix it; I dump the whole unhappy mess onto your lap.

    Please instruct me in the best way to start over from scratch or a way to undo what's wrong.

    (internet browser still isn't able to access most websites dealing with security software.)
