hi guys i have followed your procedures with no success but i have a big problem here!

i havent been able to stay online long and its difficult to get scans to run without crashing!

could some1 have a look at this f-secure scan log (yeah i know its not what u want sorry but its what i can get at the minute!!!!)

also i have some1/something renaming antivirus/malware scan updates and they show as really old does this ring a bell?

the log i have posted there were alot of things i couldnt scan cuz they were locked!! is there something in particular you can see thats suspicious?

got to log out now log on later!!!

PLEASE HELP WILL EXPLAIN MORE WHEN I CAN!

You did not post any log from anything! You say you cannot stay online for very long. How long is this? Can you stay online long enough to download files?

If you disconnect your cable to the internet, will you PC run for a longer time period.

If you can run F-secure to get a log! You should be able to run some other scans while disconnected from the internet.
