Scorpion Savor Returns

*** Saver*** (misspelling in title)

I have a desktop (newly built)

From what I've known the usage on the PC has remained fairly safe, avoiding unprotected sites, up to date malware and virus removal programs, etc.

I've noticed fairly recently a program that keeps returning called "Scorpion Savor".


I've ran revo uninstaller and removed all traces and disabled the extension in firefox and ran mbam and avast, but upon restart the program comes back.

I'm not sure if this is a malware issue so i wanted to ask before i proceed with all the scans and waste someone's time.

My Specs:
Intel i7 3820 3.60GHZ 64bit Windows 7 Professional
ASUS MB
32GB RAM
256 SSD Crucial boot drive 134GB Free
(3) 1TB HDD WD Black
(2) External HDD [1 - 500GB WD & 1- 2TB WD)

Please let me know if this sounds like a malware issue and if i should continue with all the scans?

AS of now it appears to have been removed. If the problem arises i'll follow through with the scans. Thanks again!
