Scrabble game won't load

Hi,
I have been playing Scrabble CE for quite a while.
All of a sudden, it would not load - I used to be able to uninstall and reinstall and that would solve the problem.
Yesterday, I had a different problem and was told to do a system refresh using -MSINFO32.
That solved the problem and by coincidence the game started running.
I stopped the game and restarted it 3 times with no problem.
Now I am back to square one. Will not load.
After uninstalling and reinstalling, the message says "restart to finish installation." - nothing happens.
By the way, I also play Scrabble Complete and that loads perfectly.
I have also reinstalled my graphics card Radon Express 200.
Any ideas as to what is blocking it?
