Scratches in CRT screen....

    Any one know an EZ way to get scratches out of a CRT ?????

    It depends on how deep they are.

    Very light scratches on a screen, that doesn't have a special coating, can sometimes be removed with toothpolish, but I've only ever seen it work once on a very old screen with a few fine scratches.


    Make sure you floss and gargle. :)

    i dunno if it would work but maybe some eyeglass scratch remover? that stuff works on my sunglasses no matter how deep they are, i mean not like all the way through but u get the point....

    Brasso works on Ipods :)

    Maybe on a CRT. Either way you try, you are gonna destroy the anti-glare coating.

    Jewellers use what's called "rouge" for fine scratches, but again, if the monitor has an anti-reflective coating, leave it alone or it will be worse.
