Screen Freeze with Vista

    Hi Guys,
    I'm getting an intermittent screen freeze on my
    Vista32bit Compaq Laptop.Have scanned with security, but
    OK. Any other ideas for a novice?

    My model is CQ 60 214EM,and I have about 70%
    free space. Hope that helps;sorry was slow getting back to
    you--had other problems.
