Screen not responding properly- Hijackthis log

Good Day,

This morning when i rebooted my computer, my desktop screen image was replaced with a dark grey background with all my icons looking a light blue. So I went through all the procedures listed here to cleanse the system. Turn off system restore, enter safe mode & run spybot S&D, about buster, kill2me, CWSshredder, stinger, hsremove, CCleaner, registry mechanic, & Hijackthis...etc but to no avail. There's also a few other odd things that happened such as:

1) When I rebooted my system a popup appeared stating: "Windows cannot find "init32m.exe"...blah,blah,blah?
2) When I ran Adware, it started scan the files & when it arrived to CCleaner file it froze, & would not pass the file & proceed to scan the rest of the system?
3)When I ran Hijackthis it listed:
LVCOMSX, but before I erased it I read on the net that its part of the logitech software = I have a logitech camera (is this spyware?)
I tried to remove the wintools but I cant find it in the directory, but Hijackthis says that its on my system.
I'm finding my system very difficult to clean, I've searched the web for help but i cant seem to get rid of this. Can you please help me, below is my hijackthis log.

PS: I accidently erased SymWSC.exe from my system with hijackthis, I think its a part of Norton. Does anyone know where i could download this replacement file?
