Screen saver and background hijack malware

Yesterday I got the Windows Anti virus 2008 virus.I ran Malware,,Trend Micro,,ATF Cleaner,,Combofix and Smitfraud but still have some problems.My background and screensaver cant be accessed.What I get for background is a blue screen that says virus warning and i get pop ups also warning of security issues.I cant seem to finally get rid of this malware.My most recent HJT log as follows.Please help.Thanks

Please uninstall HJT as it will be properly installed when you do the following:

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
