Is it possible, and if so how easy is it, to convert a cage for internal drives from screwed to screwless? confused

Any insight would be appreciated. :)

I don't know of any proprietary system to do it because the side cheeks of the cage are designed for close contact if they are meant to be screwed. The Dell clip in system adds nearly half and inch each side to the drive.
Yoy might modify the leaf springs used on some push in from the front systems to fit, depends on your cage.

Generally, while it might be possible, it will usually involve a lot of work on the drive cages, and application of the gizmos that replace the mounting screws. It would make a very expensive case to make all that work worthwhile. Get an new case -- it'll be a lot easier!
