See attached screen dump. Shows up when Win 10 Pro starts. Don't see anything suspicious in event viewer.... Any ideas appreciated!

no brilliant ideas at the moment.
when i use older web browsers on my older computer and try to go to fancy new web sites,
i will get that exact error message frequently. i don't have nor use win10.
do they still have those live tiles like win8 did? if so, it could just be win10 trying to load info from
some website into one of those tiles, and coming up with an error.
    good luck with it.

Thanks for the response, but I'm using the latest Chrome, Firefox, Vivaldi versions and the error occurs before opening any of those while Win10 pro is still completed loading everything on the desktop.... :)

When the script error appears, how do you continue?

    ok, i should rephrase.

when win8 first came out, you did not get a normal desktop,
by default, when the computer booted up, you got some home start page thing
that had all these "live" tiles that were to different news web sites, shopping web sites, travel web sites
and a whole bunch of other tiles that pulled their information from the internet. i just remember helping
people disable and delete like 90% of the tiles so their computer would boot up better and help make
their computer more responsive, since each tile would constantly seek the internet to keep themselves updated.

i have yet to set my hands on a win10 computer, so i don't know if microsoft kept the whole "live" tiles thing.
but i do know that they have forced advertising in the start menu, and other places, that would need to pull
information from the internet while the computer is booting up. if the ad servers are not configured correctly,
it could lead to the type of error you are getting. or if you have some kind of gadget that gives weather and temperature,
that starts automatically, same sort of thing.

this is all just a guess, i'm more of a mac person, but people come to me to help them with their windows pc's.
so i'm not sure what else to tell you. it just seems like there is some process that is trying to pull information
from the internet, while the computer is booting up, but can't do it for some reason, so you get that error.

    anyway, good luck with it.

Eldon, I just hit yes and it goes away. Nothing is really affected best I can tell but it's annoying not knowing what it is........

I'm guesstimating it has to do with a browser process starting in the background when Windows starts.
    Next time click No.
