scvhost and avg?

I haven't upgraded from AVG 7.5 yet, are the bugs worked out? @ 1 time, back when I first found this site, I had access to a diagnostics program that gave info on what was running and who had lic it. Can't find it anymore, once it is shut down it's gone. There is an scvhost w/ PID 460 that is keep tabs constantly. It uses more time than any other scv, it's not hijacking the processor like the problem I had before. I JUST WANT IT GONE, any help would be greatly appreciated.

tasklist /svc in a cmd console will break them down.

Or use Process explorer.

you can use process explorer to figure out what is using that instance of svchost.exe
