I have an Android Tablet and a 64 GB Micro SD Card.

If I Format it in my Win7 computer can I use NTFS?

    Or what is good?

I think you should format it as FAT32 but wait for confirmation...

    Check your tablet's manual.

Most Android developers don't license NTFS, likely FAT32, maybe, big maybe exFAT.
Without model info hard to say...

    Agreed.
Not all Android devices support NTFS.

    Don't format the card!

Just put the card into the tablet and it will be recognized. I have 2 tablets and have moved 4 cards around on both devices. Every card has been recognized straight out of the package.

I use Windows 7 computers to move songs, books and movies onto the cards (right from the package). I put the cards into the tablets and can listen to songs, read books or watch movies on the tablet.
