Seaching For Specific Article In Re Safe Mode

Hi there,

Several years ago I was introduced to an excellent article written by Chaslang that covered why you should not use msconfig to boot into safe mode. I had it book marked at one time and seemed to have lost it. After searching the web and the forum I must admit that I am unable to locate that particular article. Could someone point me in the right direction, please? I would truly appreciate it.

Maybe it was and I was thinking the article focused on why you shouldn't use msconfig to boot into safe mode. I did find this brief article and as pointed out in the first paragraph it states that the use of msconfig for booting into safe mode would be discussed later, so I assumed there was another topic other than that one.

The one I linked to will suffice.
