Search Assistant Hijack?

I have 3 pcs with Hijacked Browsers I think it is Search Assistant.
I have tried every thing I know to get rid of it. I did get rid of it breifly but another worse version then took over.
I have run all sorts of anti virus scans, spyware programs and it is now clean in every scan. I don't see anything in Hijackthis that looks wrong either.
Their are extra icons that have appeared on the desktop that can't be removed for online casinos, order holidays etc.
SpyBot Teatimer pops up every minute informing me that something is trying to change enties to a random jumble of letters.com
I have tried all tools I can find.
CWSredder
HSremove
Kill2me
Stinger
Etc Etc.

Please help this is driving me round the bend

Finally got first PC fixed.
I removed any entries using HijackThis until problems stopped.
Not very sure which ones fixed them but all seems ok now.
Thanks for help.
