Thanks for the info PP, havnt had time to research on this file. The only thing I found just now was "MM Helper Utility".

It appears to be a legit file so I think we can leave it as is.

Are you having any further problems? Also, attach one last HJT log.

 

Just before replying I ran Ad-Aware, Spy-Bot and Norton one button checkup. They each found 1-3 items such as registry entries, a data miner (cookie). 2 weeks ago they would have found hundreds, every day! Should I be satisfied with this and regularly run various programs expecting to find the odd piece of malware? Or should I be 100% clean all the time? I have kids BTW

I will send an e-mail to Akrontech asking them if they know about W815DM.

 

If your surfing the net without running CCleaner everytime you get off, its normal for those entries to be found. It would be best to keep CCleaner and run it at least once a day to remove the junk files.
