My computer got infected while I was browsing porn picture websites from a Google search. Yes, I know, I shouldn't have, but I did. Anyway, I tried everything suggested on your Read and Run Me First thread. I could download the programs, but Security Central would not let me install them. Therefore, I have no logs to attach. The message I kept getting was: "File is infected by W32Blaster.worm Please activate Security Central to protect your computer." I read the other threads related to this, but they seemed to be able to run their malware removal programs.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried booting into safe mode to run the scans? What all have you tried. Are you stopped from even running the MGTools.exe? What happens when you do?
