When I open MG or move around the site I get an alert saying:-

An Add-on for this website failed to run. Check the security settings in internet explorer for potential conflicts.

My security settings are set a medium high.

This doesnt happen when I use Firefox

    Can anyone help please.

    Thanks

Sounds like Flash might not be installed? What browser is failing?

Just checking that you are aware you have to install 2 versions of flash: one for FF (all non-IE browsers) and a different one for IE.
    Just go here
    Code:
    http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about
to be sure that IE is running the same version as FF.

Thanks Plodr, the IE8 has the latest flash player, but I can't install it on FF as it keeps telling me to close FF when it is already closed!
