Security Pop - Up Virus

    I have somehow gotten a virus that is creating havoc on my computer. There are security warnings that keep popping up both on the lower right hand corner of my screen as well as internet browser pop-ups. I have read several other threads but am unable to solve following the posted advice.

    I have my HijackThis log.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
