Security suite on a stick

I am looking for a security suite ie malware removal ,Anti -virus etc which is self contained and runs on a USB stick and can be updated .I don't mind paying for something like this as I don't have the time to build my own manually .This would be for client machines that are infected and can run without being installed on infected machine .
