security task manager

Hello,

I downloaded the free trial of this program and it showed me what processes were being used and how much memory and their danger potential.

Im currently running Mcafee security 7 (which according to the program takes up a lot of memory) and nvidia (like wise) It tells me that parts of these programs are potentially dangerous. Are they? Il try and enclose a screen shot but it may be a bit unclear.

I kinda wish I hadnt downloaded it as it has confused me. If ive got lots of useless programs then they should go. How do I know what processes should be there and what should not? or is it just trail and error?

sorry forgot to include my file. its as a txtfile as that was the only way it would fit into the required size.

McAfee is a well respected name in the PC security business and this programs competitor. The fact that it rates all McAfee's products as high risk makes me suspicious.
