I have got the virus from security toolbar, and I have followed all the instructions listed to get rid of it. Here are the logs that were given:

However, it won't allow me to attach the SASlog.txt file.

Also I was wondering if if was possible to uninstall spynomore (demo version)?

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

How large is the file? If it is extremely large you could compress it into a ZIP file and attach it. I need this log so we can continue.

Yes if you have not already done so, we would have told you to uninstall this as it is undesirable. So use Add/Remove program to uninstall SpyNoMore 2.67 now.

What you do on 2/12/2008? I see a lot of files with that date on them. Did you do a bunch of Windows Updates on that day?

I actually did not not do a lot of Windows Updates that day. I don't even think I did do much that day.

Also it says I already uploaded the log.txt file. The file is only 10 KB so it really isn't large at all.

For the add/remove of Spynomore, the computer couldn't locate the uninstall part of it, so it wouldn't uninstall. I was so desperate that in the end I reformatted my whole computer last night.

I finally understand why, the Combofix file and the log file are identical. However I have reformatted my computer so the SASlog.txt file is erased.

That was the biggest mistake on my part. Is there any way I can recover?

Recover what? The SASlog.txt file?? We don't need it. You formatted your PC so I assume you may be all clean now. You should work thru the below on your freshly formatted system.
