Security warning: your computer may be infected

tried to download a crack for a firewall and the end result was some malware/spyware. i've tried everything it seems and just went i thought i ws fine i get this little green/red icon in the bottom right of my task bar that says: "securt warning: your computer may be infected with harmful or unwanted software"

can someone help me and tell me how to fix this? i've the steps on this site already and still the no luck.

 

mybad .... forgot ...i went to safe method on my own this morning and tried mananged to take out the ballonma thing but my computer still seems slow... i'll post in an hour or two when i come back from school (i leave early) i'm running late right now and this computer its slow now and takes forever to just open a new tab
