    Hello folks,
Anybody out there using SendPhotos 5? My aunt sent 3 photo stories via SendPhotos but none showed up. She does not know why and I don't either. I went to their Customer Support but it seems that those folks are not responding to their customer's queries. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

    Thanks!

It says this on the Broderbund site
So I suspect that you will not get any help from Customer Service.
After clicking around, it seems that this company may be providing support http://forums.avanquestusa.com/ via a forum.

Here's where you want to read through and possibly post
    http://forums.avanquestusa.com/aq/f...1&pp=20&sort=lastpost&order=desc&daysprune=-1

There hasn't been any posts since August so I don't know if you will get any answers there.

    Thanks.
I went to the AVanquest site and noted that most of the posts never received replies. I'll post anyway and see what happens. By the way, there lots of SendPhotos buyers who are not happy. Here's what one of them wrote at the Avanquest Forum:

"I agree with most of you in this forum. I "upgraded" to Send Photos 5 from the much older Send Photos Gold. What a mistake. This company has taken a very easy to use program and created a piece of trash. Unfortunately, I had to uninstall my Send Photos Gold in order to install this useless one. I am sooo glad that I am only using the trail version of this program right now so I'm not out any actual cash (except for the Send Photos Gold program). These companies (and there are a lot of them out there), should be put out of business. Maybe companies like Cnet, might help get the word around to prevent others from getting suckered in."

Before I buy any software, I usually run a google search. That way I can see how good or bad it is and what kind of support is offered.

Your aunt could open a free account a Flickr http://www.flickr.com/
She can make the album private, that way the rest of the world doesn't get to her her photos. All she needs to do is send you a link to the pictures in an email. If she puts a password in, she can give you the password. You can view thumbnails, the larger size too and I suspect you'd also be able to download the picture to your computer and print it out if you wanted to.
