Serious IE problem

    I cannot get IE to work. The IE opens but all I get is a "page cannot be displayed" page. Searches won't happen. not even the MS homepage will come up. I have tried anti-virus, anti-malware, everything. Netscape works and the AOL browser works. I have AOL as my ISP. XP Home
