This is a follow up post to a prior one sent about an hour ago. I ran all of the
Read and run me first instructions. Many of these programs were already on my computer from a problem I had in April. They are all updated.
Super AntiSpare did not detect a virus. I dont' believe it created a log file.
Malwarebytes found 3 infections. ( attached is this log)
Since I am writing to you from the infected computer, it seems to have not allowed me to run combofix or root repeal or MGtools. I tried to run them but I don't believe they worked. I have no log files for these. I keep getting
AV antivirus suite warnings when I try to run the last three programs. Keep getting my browser popping up to unknown websites etc. Please help.

Even though this is an open posting - I want to make a truthful confession followed by other comments. I have read Chaslang's post it note regarding downloading porn and going to other sites that cause these types of problems. It wouldn't be wise for me or anyone for that matter to imply that our problems with viruses always happen by "magic". The log files we send I'm certain have sufficient visible information for all of the bright people at Major Geeks to figure out that it was a porn site or other site that caused this problem. I'm uncertain about the refernece that Chaslang makes regarding the legality of visiting these sites however I trust and respect his comments because of all of the help he provided to me only two months ago. There may be many people out there who may simply be too embarassed to admit it but that sometimes visit these sites whether alone or with their husbands and wives or as a joke you receive in an unsolicited e-mail or because of a teenger living in the house using the computer, that later will cause a virus problem such as this. It is obvious that virus creators have targeted these sites for quick immediate exposure of their malecious intents. I wanted to apologize to Major Geeks - you guys saved my life more than once and although this particular problem was caused by a friend using my computer - it was probably related to visiting a bad website as stated above. I'm installing a general password on my PC once Major Geeks helps me with my current problem. I thought it was important to speak candidly because these types of problems are not always caused by the computer owner.
