Serious Trojan Problem - PLEASE HELP

I read all the steps and sownloaded all the software as outlined in the "READ & RUN FIRST" section. I printed out the entire thread to make sure I followed everystep but due to what I believe is a Trojan on my machine, I cannot even run the "Run Ccleaner" step in Scetion 5.

Everytime I start the program it closes itself before I can even click anything when in safe or normal mode.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 

I did every step in detail as described and I could not get a single program to work. The problem just got worse overnight. Took over 30 min just for my comp to boot up this morning. I decided to just reinstall XP and that took care of the problem. Everything works now plus I am now currently following all the step in the "protect yourself" post in the hopes to never have to do this again.
