Serious Virus

I have read the "Read and Run Me First" but I cannot get past step 2 on "Vista Cleaning Procedure". My computer shuts down immediately when I click on "control panel" and goes back to the screen where I can either start windows normally or use one of the 3 safe mode options.

Step 2 Says: "NOTE: DO NOT CONTINUE UNTIL UAC has been disabled and you have rebooted."

I want to use the superantispyware portable but I do not want to mess up my chances of this working if I don't accomplish step 2.

The virus freezes my computer when booted normally OR in safe mode with networking (not in safe mode or safe mode with command prompt). It auto shuts down my computer when I used superantispyware immediately. It will allow me to run a "quick" scan of malwarebytes but malwarebytes shows 0 detected. If I run a full scan the PC shuts down before it is completed. Tried CC cleaner, it will allow it to run but does nothing. (This was all before I read this forum). My computer shuts down when I try to search documents, I mean, ANY step I take towards fighting this thing, its shuts me down.

Upon a few start ups in safe mode I noticed a "FFU" icon in the bottom right corner, I have never noticed this icon before. Maybe the virus name is FFU. I'm not sure. I know you guys need logs but i'm not sure how to get them to you. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'd normally just reformat but my fiance and I have so much info we'd hate to lose. Thanks guys.
