Serious XP Permissions issue after MS reg Fix

We have private OK but we can only get the download to 99% then it stops. NOTE while it appears to be downloading, site shows percent of download, etc, I am not getting data as directed download to either C or "E"RW drive to copy it to transfer such stuff to other machine. Seems odd as shows download from site but nothing in my PC nor RW drive I directed download. Also while ownload looks OK but at 99% simply hangs.

Used add on to Firefox to accept download, "but FF library" download" does not show download, yet LED on PC shows download incoming, fi We do have the OEM product key and cannot even enter that on machine as permissions blocks and time is running out unless we call MS. Cannot yet reply in private as need around 17 more posts. Will check private for reply. Thanks, note wife missed latter part of your message, got it now and explained private message systems to her, she is new on MajorG, but very impressed as you seem like only person on Earth that understands OEM Issue, does this type of "issue" occur on 7-8 and 10, any sneaky stuff there as we note nearly all now sold with OEM MS SW.
