seriously need help

I keep getting a internet attack message and its telling me to update and of course its taking me to a diffrent site when i click on it! its asking for me to pay DIO cleaner for this program to take it out. the problem i am having is i cant find out what one is infected my computer to find the right help to remmove it. can someone help me?:cry
