serv-U problem

    I've been using serv-U as my FTP server for a few months now and until a few days ago had no problems. Now all of a sudden I can't connect (Running an open port test times out). My ISP assures me that they are not blocking port 21 and turning off my firewall(s) makes no difference. What else could it be?
