Server and Computers Network

    I want to network my computers through a server, that has WINXPPRO installed.
    I have a folder on the servers named users\ and all the users. I want to know how I can set it up to map the network drive to the username each time it turns on. I.E. if john.doe has a folder is users, I want it to map network drive H to \\SERVER\users\john.doe no matter where john.doe logs in from. HOW?
