Hey all so i noticed that on start up my system would take really long to load everything and the cpu usage would be at 100% until everything loaded then it would eventually drop down to normal 20%. This started happening after i went through the cleaning process to see if i had a virus. anyway i went to check the event viewer and noticed around 40 service control manager errors. there are many event numbers such as 7000,7026,7034,7009 and 7023. So any ideas what is causing this and how i can fix this problem?
