Service Host Using Too Much Cpu

It is also using a lot of disk memory too. I don't know why microsoft didn't fix this issue in windows 10. It's starting to annoy me and i have half a mind to end the process.

These are the services that are in the offending service host.

Windows update
Windows push service notification system service
Window management instrmentation
user profile srervice
user manager
themes
task scheduler
system event notification service
shell hardware detection
server
secondary logon
remote access connection manager
ip helper
geolocation service
background intelligence transfer service
application information

Which of these are necesary and which aren't i'll kill the ones i do not need.

Make sure you make a post of the malware forums.There might be a bug.

Could be a bug from windows 7 even though you are running windows 10.
