Services.exe - Application error

    Hi, I'm running XP and am getting an error message: "services.exe - Application error. The instruction at "0x606d334c" referenced memory at "0x00040328". The memory cold not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program. Click on CANCEL to debug the progam." If I click on OK the computer shuts down. If I choose CANCEL, I get a series of warnings that programs or apps (such as Shockwave Flash) are unresponsive. Your help will be appreciated.

    I seriously doubt this is a malware issue, so I have moved your thread to the software forum. ;)
