Installed high-Speed USB-USB Network Cable and Driver per instructions. Xp finds hardware and installs driver, on the network icon I get the message that cable is unplugged. Can someone help me fix this problem or is this a bad cable.

The Host computer is a Dell 2400 w/XPsp2, the other computer is Home grown built Out of spare parts it is a working computer that has had internet access.
The Network cable is USB-USB Network Cable and Data Transfer

    Thanks for any help

If it is a network cable (not just a data xfer) if both PCs detect the correct device under network connections (on the PC with Net access) select the NIC and the USB connection and right click and bridge those connections.
Do this only on the PC with the internet connection you want to share.

I think that will do it, I haven't done this in a few months.
