I have just created wedding place card on both word and Pageplus X2 (tried both) but i'm having diffulties printing them on a 45mm x 90mm place card using a HP C6150 printer as I connot find default settings for a 45mm x 90mm on either MSWord PP X2. Could anyone help as I'm getting really frustrated.
This is my first ever posting so be gentle ;)

I am using Page plus x4, but I am sure its similar ,
    In page plus,
    File print,
    Choose layout tab
    CLICK SCALE TO FIT
    input 45 , and 90

I just tried that and I got a very small printed , so I tried scale-45%
gives a page with the item reduced in the middle.
You could try on page plus support site, as I am running out of time, at the moment.

I have an epsom printer, and I tried changing it in properties- custom size, gave reduced picture in middle as previous
Tried starting new file with wizard- chose business card- opened a document set with printer at 45 x 90 , copied document to this new sized page, and get a page with six of that document at 45 x90.
Tried page setup in Page plus, set to small publication, custom, then
In Page Plus, Right click the document /picture, and choose properties, then click size and resolution
you can change size by percentage.
I tried a few different ways, but found I had only part of the document, so you would need to experiment a bit more.
I have used page plus regularly for documents, and little booklets, I have never tried that size before, as I found that choosing business card, folded card, small publication usually worked on all that I did.
I believe the size you are after is about a quarter of an A4 sheet- so , a folded application would give you 4 of that size on one sheet. Otherwise you have to try the different publication types to see if you can get your size in them- It may well be up to the printer properties to actually print the 45 x 90 you are after-

I would keep looking at the printer properties, and page plus setup options, as explained - I hope that helps
