This application is regenerated every time I start the windows. It has no vendor information or version number in properties. As soon as it starts, it tries to access the internet. The Mcafee firewall blocks it, and I am able to go to task manager and end this task and delete this file. I have never tried to run this file. Anyways, it gets generated in a folder named IXP000.TMP under the %Temp% path. If the folder already exists, it creates another folder IXP001.TMP and so on. Mcafee does not detect it as malware and so do Malwarebytes Antimalware and super antispyware. I have CA pestpatrol and even that does not detect it as a spyware. I could find no information on this except the prevx application analysis. Prevx determines it to be a known malware. I did submit this file on virscan.org where 6 or 7 out of 20 antiviruses labeled it as a trojan named Trojan.Delf.Inject.AK. Please help me in identifying the right course to remove this file forever.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

    Note:

    1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can running steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

Starting your computer in Safe mode

    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
