SetupRam.dll Removal - Please Help

    My computer has been infected with SetupRam.dll. It is located in:
    C:\WINDOWS\Installer\{c4a6cf5e-0bca-401f-947b-869a554d0e7a}\SetupRam.dll

    When I try to fix it with Hijack this, it just comes back.

    I have tried SpyBot which detects Smitfraud-c, but not SetupRam.dll. SpyBot tries to clean up Smitfraud-c and claims it does, but when I run SpyBot again, Smitfraud-c is still there.

    I keep getting random warning messages saying that I have been infected with Spyware and point me to a web site called system-defender.

    I've attached my Hijack this log. Any suggestions?
