I have run "SF Diagnostics" 3 times and no folder shows up on the desktop at the end of run. I do right click on ".exe" and choose "Run As Administrator". How do I correct this? Might the folder have located itself somewhere else on the computer? If so under what name?

I am having at least 4 BSOD's per day. MAJOR HASSLE!

    Thanks,

    Dekade

Have you search for folder : "Seven Forum" ??

    Yes, I did the search.

Each time I ran the file (in Windows 7 Professional) each log would call for a Copy and Replace etc. choice. So the files are being put somewhere.

I am going to run it again right now and see if I can focus on where the logs are going.

Okay - Here is what is taking place. I'll tell you this before I zip the folder to send to you so that I can make sure you will be receiving proper information.

    I have a hard drive with three partitions - C, L, and M.

The SF Diag .exe is located in my 'downloaded files' folder in partition L. Thus a Seven Folder has been created as follows: L:\Users\MyName\Desktop\SF_17-12-12. I would imagine the folder needed here is SF_17-12-12 hence located on the L partition.

Will all of the data recorded in this folder be accurate since it was run from the L partition? Or - should I move the SF Diag.exe file to the C Drive and run it from there?

NOTE: I will be gone from my computer for the next 45 minutes.

    Thanks,

    Dekade

I thought the folder was attached. Another try here should do it.

Hope you got this fixed. If not you can Google the errors below to see if you can identify the culprit driver or if it is hardware related...

Looks like you have different kinds of errors but all memory related:

    1. SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (40% of them or so)
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/983615
    2. PFN_LIST_CORRUPT (30% of them or so)

    3. MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (30% of them or so)
    4. PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (Just a few of these)
    5. DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (only one of these)

    Good luck
