sfc /scannow cant run in vista

    hi, i'm using windows vista business. i've tried to run sfc /scannow in cmd, however i was told "You must be an administrator running a console session in order to use the sfc utility. but i am using the administrator account already. and there's no other accounts in my computer. any ideas how to solve it? i tried to run it normally but a black box appears and quickly disappears
