share outlook calanders?

my friend has his own business and has 2 computers in his house. his main one has outlook 2007 with his companys email address and his assistant has outlook 2003 with a googlemail account. how would i go about sharing his outlook 2007 calander with his assistant? i just cant see any options on how to do it.

If not on an works Exchange Server (luckily I'm on Exchange Server so this is the easiest way) then the best way is to share a calendar online, http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/publish-a-calendar-on-office-online-HA010080983.aspx remember to use the Permissions options to Only invited users can view this calendar

I do have my Work and Home Outlook (work OL2007 and Home OL2010) shared via Office Online, the above link option, works well.

Yep.. Exchange would be ideal for this, but it doesn't make any sense to buy it for sharing Outlook only between a few machines.

Have you tried Public Folders from CodeTwo? It mimics Exchange but is not that expensive. The trial is fully functional for 30 days so you can test how it works on your own if you like..

Google Calendar is the best way if both users are not on an exchange server.
