shareaza settings?

i just recently downloaded Shareaza.
i used to have WinMX, but i havnt used it for awhile and i never really used it alot anyway.
now that i have Shareaza im curious about what settings i should have.
is there anywhere i can go that will show which settings are best for me. i do only have dial up as my internet connection.

example, in the setting, Internet-Connection..
Inbound Address
Address(Automatic) Speed(7KB/s)
Outbound Address
Address(Automatic) Speed(4KB/s)
..those speeds seem awfully small. there are options to where i can change them, is that something i can do, or are these settings allready set to those numbers because thats what is best for my connection?
if there is a website i can go to where it will show me which settings are best that would be good.

 

Try 80% of your maximum upload and download speeds. That will leave you with enough reserved bandwidth to surf, get software updates and such and still allow for respectable rates for Shareaza's purposes. If you don't know your max up/down speeds, ask your ISP for that info.
