The burner on my computer is broken, so now I can't make CDs. I don't want to send my music file to my sisters program via email or aim. Then I remembered that it's a shared folder and some how I can get to it from my sisters computer-- only problem is I don't know how. Can someone clue me in on how this is done?

Both of the computers are XP.

Been a while since I did this, so I apologize if I miss any steps. Right click on the folder you want to share, click on sharing and security. Run the wizard. You may need to disable the firewall on both computers to get it set up, not sure on that part.

If that does not work, here is a link from Uncle Bill's website. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/networking/maintain/share.mspx
