I have 2 machines in the same room connected with a crossover cable and one of the machines is on a wireless network. the two computers talk to eachother just fine but I am wondering if there is any way the machine that is not on the network can use the other computer's internet connection. It seems like theoretically this should be possible but I am having trouble making it work. The wireless router is running DHCP and both machines are running windows XP, the one with the wireless connection has Pro and the other has Home. I tried bridging the wireless connection to the crossover cable ethernet connection and that didn't do anything. I also tried the network wizard and that didn't do anything either. Any ideas?
