Sharing files

In my network i am the second computer (recieving internet from the router). How would i enable/setup the ability to share files through the network?

Install the file and print sharing protocol in the local connection properties ...then right click on the folders/file you want to share and choose sharing.
Create the exact same user account on each computer and access them at least once.
Do the computers show up as networked (have you made each computer a part of the same "workgroup"?

I dont really get what you are saying =(

- Im using a wireless connection...So i install file and printer sharing on my wireless connection? Or does it have to be Local area network?
- Im using the accound Administrator on my computer. My dads computer (first computer) is using the admin account i think but not named administrator.
So im supposed to create a same account on each computer? Can be named anything?
- Im not sure what workgroup i am in >.< or what workgroup my dads comp is in. How would i check/configure it?

Right click the wireless connection / properties ....there you should see if files and print sharing is in the proticals.
As to user names ....exactly the same with the exact same passwords...both computers. Log on to those accounts at least once.
Then right click on my computer / properties / computer name / the workgroup name must be exactly the same ...if they aren't click change name and give them the exact same name.
Can you see each other in network places ...."find computers near me"
