This is not a malware problem.
Talk to your DSL provider. You normally cannot simply move network equipment like this without something being done somewhere. You are phyically moving a device that has a MAC address associated with it. When you move it, it is no longer where the network may be expecting it to be. This may or may not be the problem. But if it was working before you moved it then I would say it is something like this or another configuration error problem. However, as stated above, this is not a malware issue and you should talk to you DSL provider about it.

Your probably going to laugh at this.. But any how I talked to a qwest rep for 6 hours well 21 different reps in about 6 hours so much time tlaking that my cell phone died on trying to figure it out. Then I solved it myself 5 minutes after I was about to throw the DSL gateway across the room. What did I do? I simply did a system restore to when we last had the DSL hooked up and well it worked. I called back to tell them how I solved it and the guy I talked to said, oh yeah they must have forgotten about doing that.... but any how if anyone else has this problem do a system restore to last point of hookup.. Or just b**** till they give you 2 months free:) Anyhow solved it and am using the tutorial to make sure I dont get malware and such. But like you said most companies do switch ppp and ppp password, but for some reason it recognizes your old one in most cases if you do a syst restore and therefore dont need the new one. Atleast that is how the rep came across. Wierd eh? btw here is a htj log I marked DELETE** near things I thought should be deleted. Am I right on them? I am tryin to learn so not to hassle you guys as much and maybe help out..

I have a question. I have a log here that is startuplist applications. They are not in the startup folder so how would I go about disabling them?? Delete them??

If the PC was just moved from one location to another without installing any software or changing anything, doing a system restore does not change anything. Unless you are saying you went back to a point in time where the DSL providers software was never installed to begin with. If that is the case, it does change things.

The below items are not really malware, it is just a matter of whether you want that for a start page or not.
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://srch-us8l.hpwis.com **DELETE**
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://us8l.hpwis.com**DELETE**

You missed a real malware problem though:
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Spyware-Cop] "C:\PROGRA~1\SPYWAR~1\Spyware-Cop.exe" /s

In the future, please do not post HJT logs for any PC without first running the full READ ME procedure on it.

There are dozens of ways programs can load at startup. That is what the Startuplist log is showing you. The Startup folder normally only has a couple things in it and has nothing to do with all the other methods of starting up programs.

What exactly is it that you don't want to load at startup?
